Spanish stem changing verbs - O to UE - irregular - present
Although stem-changing Spanish verbs might seem complicated, in fact, they are following some pretty basic rules. Ready to conjugate stem-changing O:UE Spanish verbs?
While conjugating a stem-changing verb you have to focus on two different parts.
On the one hand the infinitive, nosotros/nosotras and vosotros/vosotras forms.
On the other hand, the rest of persons which are yo, tú, él, ella, usted, ellos, ellas, ustedes.
Why? Because meanwhile nosotros and vosotros form will always be the same as the infinitve (so no stem-changing), in the rest of the cases you simply have to replace the "O" by "UE". Let's see an example:
